Here is a picture of Miss Karlee asleep on the way, she has her lips puckered. It was too cute not to take a picture!!
We made it to the hotel and got settled in and rested the rest of the day!!! The next day, Tuesday, was Britt's big day. His SHEEP RIDING!! I already posted the video of him riding, but he did an awesome job!! I was really proud of him. It is definatly going to be his yearly thing riding the sheep in vegas!
Vegas at Christmas time is soo pretty. They have so many beautiful trees and decorations everywhere. It made me want to redecorate my tree when I came home:)

That night Britt, Braden, Leseli and I went to the NFR!!! It was AWESOME!!! WE had a good time. Britt loved it. HE was exhausted though and so he didn't make it through the whole 3 hours. He took a little nap and was nice and wide awake when we went back to the hotel. Thanks mom and dad for watching Karlee for us!!!

The next day, Wednesday was a crazy day. It was the day my dad roped and the day we headed back home to make it to the funeral. So right after my dad and Chad roped we(mom, dad, les, kar and me) loaded up in my dad's truck and headed back home to AZ. Braden and Britt stayed because Braden had to rope the next day. WE left Britt because I didn't think he would like to add another 16 hours on to his trip.
So, we made it home at about 11:30 that night and had to be at the church at 8 for the funeral the next day.

The funeral was a really nice tribute to my grandpa! He was an awesome man who lived for 90 years!!
After the luncheon and visiting with my family for awhile, we loaded back up in the truck to head back to VEGAS!
Aunt Brandi was nice enough to keep Karlee for us, so she didn't have to make the trek back to vegas and then home again!!
We made it back to Vegas that night(thursday) at about 11:30.
Friday morning we went and made up for lost time and went and did some shopping!!
There is soo much to see and buy in Vegas during all of the Cowboy Christmas' going on. Its insane. Britt loved this Bull he thought we should buy it. Ummm only if we had the 5 GRAND to do it!!
That night we went over to the Silverton and the Bass Pro Shop and found out Santa was in the HOUSE!! Britt was soo excited. WE were going to eat and then come back, but Britt wasn't having any of that. SO we waited in line for about 10 minutes
and then the big moment came.........
He sure was on his lap for a long time. Poor Santa he was probably like "ok kid, enough already!!"
The next day Saturday was the big ROPING FINALE.
Braden and Troy ended up not placing...dang it. O'well theres always next year....right???!?!?!
The next morning we headed home!! It was a long, emotional and eventful week. I was glad we were home finally. I had enough of traveling, after 32 hours of traveling in a week is enough to keep this pregnant lady home for awhile:)
I don't have any pictures of Braden roping, since I was in Safford when he roped.
